As individuals who feel so much, we find ourselves yearning to find other soul family who work in alignment with who we are now. Others who are interested in growth, expansion, and personal development to explore the depths of ourselves on a deeper level.
This is an opportunity of coming together in a sacred container with like-minded individuals to cultivate new, aligned connections. It’s for someone looking for more expansive connection, conversation, and true community.
We’ll gather with intention, open hearts and open minds. We will be covering different discussion topics within a safe sacred container for you to feel everything you need to feel, share, and learn in.

Is a 30 day writing experiment that allows you to clarify your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Allowing you to gain valuable self-knowledge. It’s also a good problem-solving tool; oftentimes, you can hash out a problem and come up with solutions more easily on paper. Writing about specific events may also help you to process them by fully exploring and releasing the emotions involved, and by engaging both hemispheres of the brain in the process, allowing the experience to become fully integrated within one’s mind. Writing can also help you to focus on areas of your life that you’d like to welcome more attention on such as: gratitude, goal setting, accountability, healing, self-awareness, attachment, clarity of life purpose, shadow work and transitions you may be moving through.
