Intention

Hello dear soul, my name is Ames and I am the founder of Sacred Soul Sessions. I serve as a guide, space holder, body worker, mentor & plant medicine ceremonialist. I am a student of life and have/continue to receive the privilege of witnessing powerful teachings from powerful beings all over the world & beyond. I am devoted to honoring the teachers (plant, animal, spirit and human) that have come before me and who will continue the teachings well after. I continue to have the privilege to serve in many communities where I have permission to do so.

I am a dedicated explorer of the inner world and a passionate advocate for guiding the curious soul towards responsible plant medicine use. I invite you into a safe sacred environment to facilitate opportunities for you to work through your layers and connect with the depths of your being. I guide you through a journey of returning home to yourself. Creating rituals in your life where ritual has been lacking. To act out of intention and move through triggers with vulnerability, accountability and grace. To move through fear, shame and guilt with love and responsibility. To reclaim your self love & worth by letting go of your past conditioning and moving through suppressed consciousness. Allowing you to connect deeper toward your purpose, understanding and contribution to this human experience.

I believe the medicine is all around us. Sometimes the medicine isn’t even the medicine itself. Sometimes it’s the space, love, nourishment, movement, connection, and soul conversation that fill up our source. It’s about exploring the itty gritty bits of ourselves, which takes insight, patience, energy and integration to let go of what we think we know and how we think it should be and to surrender to what is.

Sacred Soul Sessions was designed to hold space for it ALL. Come as you are, be present and lean into whatever reveals itself to be worked on.
